To this end, Satcom Technology offers all customers support services for both hardware and software. Depending on your requirements we can build a service level agreement (SLA) to suit you. All support calls are sent via e-mail to our support department where they are logged and acted upon as per the SLA. Our first line of service is usually done over the air where most problems are solved or identified. Should the call need further attention, Satcom will organise a suitable time to visit the vehicle or depot with each customer.
